Description
Hiring of vehicles on rental basis for official use during Financial Year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors, firms and companies must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority with Active Taxpayer Status including NTN and PNTN and mandatory bidding documents. Bid security is 5 percent amounting to Rs.2,48,820 against the estimated cost of Rs.49,76,400 and must be submitted through the prescribed electronic system. Rates must be quoted in figures and words against each item and percentage-based quotations on total estimated cost will not be accepted. Bids submitted by post, telegraph or conditionally will not be entertained. Bids remain valid for 60 days.
