Office Computer Stationery Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, and other items on lot basis. Lot 1 covers stationery with an estimated cost of Rs.1.2 million and bid security of Rs.60,000; Lot 2 covers printing and publication with an estimated cost of Rs.0.550 million and bid security of Rs.27,500; Lot 3 covers computer stationery with an estimated cost of Rs.0.990 million and bid security of Rs.49,500; and Lot 4 covers other items with an estimated cost of Rs.0.550 million and bid security of Rs.27,500. E-bids shall be submitted separately for each lot under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities. Original bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order must be submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline.
