Description

Purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services under an annual framework contract on approved per-unit rates until 30 June 2027, covering Office Stationery - Uniform and Protective Clothing - Cost of Other Stores - Computer Stationery - Other Charges - Machinery and Equipment Repair - Repair of IT Equipment. Bidders may include firms companies suppliers manufacturers authorized agents dealers distributors and applicable joint ventures registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments or Authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the single stage two envelope procedure, comprising technical and financial bids inclusive of taxes. The estimated total amount is PKR 9.98 million and bid security is PKR 499,000, being 5% of the estimated cost, payable through CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order of a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted by 03 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Samples are mandatory where applicable and bidders are required to present samples of articles at technical bid opening. Performance guarantee is 10% of the total contract value. Bid validity extends until 30 June 2027. The framework contract will operate on approved per-unit rates and quantities rather than the total estimated contract value.
