Procurement Goods Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of goods under framework contract on package or lot wise basis including Stationery - Printing and Publication - Computer Stationery - Others - Cost of Other Stores. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered with PPRA, engaged in trading, and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments or Authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax and PRA. Electronic bids shall be submitted and evaluated under the single stage two envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Package bid amounts are Rs. 14,000,000 for Stationery, Rs. 10,000,000 for Printing and Publication, Rs. 14,000,000 for Computer Stationery, Rs. 10,000,000 for Others and Rs. 11,000,000 for Cost of Other Stores, with total estimated bid amount of Rs. 59,000,000. Bid security is 5% of the estimated price, totaling Rs. 2,950,000, in the form of CDR through online payment via I BILL. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System before 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after submission.
