Construction Of Nullah Near Ashiq Pur Village Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a nullah near Azam House towards the main nullah at Village Ashiq Pur, UC Pindi Bhago, Tehsil Pasrur, District Sialkot. Eligible contractors and firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and must satisfy the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and shall be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 using the PSID generated through the e-Procurement System; physical bid security is not accepted. Performance security is 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760. The lowest evaluated responsive bidder shall be considered for award. Bids remain valid for 60 days from opening and the procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended.
