Maintenance, repair and rehabilitation development schemes for Financial Year 2026-2027 based on MRS 2nd Biannual 2026 District Rawalpindi, including repair and rehabilitation of streets, roads, sewerage lines, retaining walls and main paths across multiple locations within Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan. The listed works include street rehabilitation near Ibrar and Lala G Hotel - Main Street Dhoke Pind - Latwal Dhamali Road Phase I - streets and sewerage at Looni Salyal - retaining wall and main streets at Dhoke Bhattian - street and sewerage near Yasir Mehra Sangal - sewerage lines and streets at Darkali Sher Shahi - main path from Darkali Syedan to Kharoota - main streets and retaining wall at Village Tota and Dhoke Dheri - sewerage from 7 Marla to Nullah Kansi - main streets and sewerage lines at Looni Mishran - streets from Doberan Road to Soroha Chaudhrian - road from Haq Khateeb Chowk to Paikan Phase-I - streets from Kassi to specified residential locations - streets and sewerage near Masjid Umar Farooq and Madina Town Gujjar Khan Road - street and sewerage line at Dhoke Channi - streets and sewerage lines in the city area - street and sewerage line at Dhoke Sabri Hamza Colony. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with Punjab E-Procurement System, Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27, Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority with active taxpayer status. Bids shall be submitted electronically under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure by 10:00 AM on 14 September 2026 and opened at 10:30 AM the same day. Bid security and performance guarantee shall be submitted electronically through the EP System using SWIFT MT-760 with correct Tender Number and PSID. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT or BOQ item and complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary. Fake, forged or misleading documents may result in rejection, blacklisting and legal action. Unreadable, virus-infected, corrupt, conditional or incomplete bids will be non-responsive. A bidder quoting 5% or more below the sanctioned estimated cost must provide additional performance security as required, up to 10%, within the prescribed period. Procurement shall comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA guidelines. The procurement involves municipal road repair, street rehabilitation, sewerage line repair, retaining wall works and related civil infrastructure, providing relevant terminology for road rehabilitation, street repair, sewerage works, drainage infrastructure, retaining walls and municipal development works.
