Repair and rehabilitation of metalled road from Khaji Wala Nawab Town to Basti Cheelan Wala UC/74 Alamgir - repair and rehabilitation of metalled road from Cheelan Wala to Sangtray Wala More UC/74 Alamgir - construction of metalled road at Musa Pak Shaheed Road Angoor Bagh Wala Mouza Hamid Pur Kanora for remaining work - repair and rehabilitation of metalled road from New Garden Town Road to Qazi Wala and Basti Khokhran Mouza Khairpur Bhutta. Estimated costs are Rs.8,756,000, Rs.8,471,000, Rs.3,669,000 and Rs.4,840,000 respectively, with bid security amounts of Rs.437,800, Rs.423,550, Rs.183,450 and Rs.242,000. Completion periods shall be as per work order. Contractors and firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System; manual bids are not acceptable. Bid security shall be paid through online banking before uploading the bid. E-bids are to be submitted by 02:00 PM on 07-09-2026 and opened at 02:30 PM on the same day. The lowest bidder must deposit performance guarantee up to 10% from a Scheduled Bank within 15 days after opening, failing which earnest money will be forfeited. Bidders must quote rates against each entry or item of DNIT or Bill of Quantities and completely fill rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages; incomplete financial bids will be treated as non-responsive. The procurement covers road repair, road rehabilitation, metalled road construction, road pavement and related civil works.
