Construction Of Nursing Education And Midwifery Center Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of general contractors for construction of buildings and infrastructure development for a Center of Excellence for Nursing Education and Mid-Wifery. The scope includes civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and fire fighting works, external development works, and deployment of necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools and machinery. The estimated cost is approximately PKR 9,600 million and the covered area is approximately 359,077 square feet. Applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and meet the required Pakistan Engineering Council category C-A requirement. Pre-qualification proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and proposals received through any other mode will not be considered. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on 08 September 2026 at 03:30 PM.
