Hiring of services for secure printing system for customized e-sheets, Question Item Bank (QIB), Digital Attendance & Monitoring System (DAMS), mobile application for monitoring and approvals, logistics management module, scanning cutting printing and verification of answer scripts for Computer Science Part-I involving 3000 candidates with 32-page 80-grams imported paper size 210mm x 297mm and 95%+ brightness, screen marking system for Computer Science Part-II, high-speed scanning and digital processing system with On-Screen Marking (OSM) and digital variable printing of answer copies for 7000 candidates, complete On-Screen Marking (OSM) system for Chemistry Part-I involving anonymization marking moderation and result compilation for 6000 candidates, administrative dashboards and control panels, reporting and analytics, technical training and capacity building, complete documentation including UAT ER diagrams source code SOPs and user manuals, integration components including APIs and notifications, and an AI-based chatbot for students and stakeholders. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments or Authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable and registered on the E-Procurement website. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014, comprising technical and financial bids. The bid opening is scheduled at 02:00 P.M. on the same bid opening date. Bid security is 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 158,592/-, performance guarantee is 5% of the contract amount, and estimated cost is Rs. 3,171,840/- (Three Million One Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty only). Detailed specifications, tender terms and conditions are contained in the bidding documents. Rates are to be quoted inclusive of all kinds of taxes and on F.O.R basis.
