Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in Urban Areas of MNDs through Package-1 Tehsil Utman Khel and Barang District Bajaur - Package-2 Tehsil Mamund District Bajaur - Package-3 Tehsil Salarzai and Khar District Bajaur, with estimated cost of Rs.40 million for each package and bid security of Rs.800,000 at 2% of the Engineer Estimate. Bids are invited through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure from government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C5 or above with CE-09, CE-10, EE11(i, ii, iii)-Solar, EE11(vi)-Solar Installation and EE11(vi)-General Electrical Works specialization codes, holding required sole proprietorship, AOP or company registration, Electrical Inspectorate Category E registration, centralized C&W enlistment, FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, KPRA Provincial Sales Tax registration, PPIB registration, three years audit reports matching tax returns with UDIN and ISO-9001 certification. Electronic bids and scanned documents are to be submitted through EPADS, with original bid security physically delivered to the procuring office. The pre-bid meeting was scheduled for 02:00 PM on 17-08-2026 and online clarification was permitted until 05:00 PM on 03-09-2026. Electronic bids are opened at 12:00 hours on the bid opening date. Rates may be quoted above, below or at par with Engineer Estimates. Additional security and detailed rate analysis requirements apply to bids quoted more than 10% below or more than 20% below the Engineer Estimate, and bids remain valid for 120 days from closing.
