Special Repair and AOM&R to P/H-Way S-12, Mansehra-Oghi-Shergarh Section covering 38 KM under Package No. 35/DIR-II/2025-26 as a 2nd Time Tender, with estimated cost of Rs.45.00 million, bid security of Rs.900,000 and entry fee of Rs.13,500. Bids are invited through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from eligible firms and contractors registered with PEC in C-5 or above and active on the KPRA taxpayers list. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPAD System, while the original Call Deposit, CNIC, PEC registration and KPRA active status documents must also be submitted to the procurement office. Bid security shall be through CDR or bank guarantee of a scheduled bank in favour of the Managing Director PKHA. Bids are to be quoted Above, Below or At Par based on MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual and NSI Items.
