Unserviceable Scrap Items Waste Material Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction of various unserviceable, old and scrap items and waste material at Women University, Swabi on an AS-IS WHERE-IS, CLEAN-UP and ALL MUST GO basis under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure, divided into three lots namely Lot-A, Lot-B and Lot-C. Interested individuals, firms and contractors registered with tax authorities for Sales Tax and Income Tax and active on the FBR taxpayers list may participate in any or all lots and must quote rates for all items in each selected lot. Tender documents are available from the university website or procurement office against a tender fee of Rs.2,000 through CDR or online deposit. The items may be inspected on working days until 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bids with bid security equal to 5% of total bid value in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank must reach the university by 11:00 AM on 31-08-2026, and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Applicable government taxes must be included or paid in addition to the bid amount. The successful bidder must deposit one-fourth of the bid amount on the specified occasion and the remaining amount within three calendar days, failing which bid security will be forfeited, and all material must be lifted within seven days with the ground cleaned. University employees and their families are excluded from participation, and bids below market rates or reserve price may be rejected.
