Computer Labs Government Colleges Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of computer labs in Government Colleges under ETEA CSR Funding Initiatives. Eligible manufacturers, firms and authorized dealers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS before 28 August 2026 at 03:00 PM and opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bid security is 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the procuring authority. Rates shall be quoted in Pak Rupees on FOR basis inclusive of applicable taxes. Bids shall remain valid up to 30 June 2028 and the bid itself must remain valid for 90 days from opening.
