Fire Watch Tower Kabghani Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Kabghani, District Swabi, under the project Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Management and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I. The estimated cost is Rs.6.00 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. The required completion period is 03 months. Eligible contractors must be registered on EPADS, with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the applicable year. Bidding shall use the Single Stage Single Envelope Above or Below Method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid security of 2% in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing date. Bids must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 02:30 PM and opened at 03:00 PM on the same day. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted.
