Hybrid Solar System Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of a 5 kW hybrid solar system and upgradation of an existing 5 kW day-time solar system to a hybrid system at Government Degree College No.1 DIKhan. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Completed bids must reach the office of the Principal by 01 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized agents. Bid security is 2% of the bid value in the form of Bank Draft or Call Deposit in favour of the Principal. Rates must include all applicable taxes. Incomplete bids and bids from firms blacklisted by Federal, Provincial or Autonomous bodies will be considered non-responsive. Bidding documents are available from the Principal office during office hours against a non-refundable fee of PKR 300. Bidders are required to submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected.
