Tax Advisory Compliance Litigation Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a tax retainer firm for tax advisory, compliance and litigation services, including the detailed scope specified in the Request for Proposal. Proposals are invited from eligible consultants registered with Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List of both authorities. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act and Rules using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Least Cost Selection. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 19-08-2026 at 11:30 AM. Complete proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and hard bid submission is not allowed. Technical proposals will be opened through EPADS at 12:00 PM on the bid submission date. Proposals must comply with the Request for Proposal requirements and the procuring entity reserves the right to cancel any or all bids by assigning cogent reasons.
