Disbursement of One Time Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance (TA/DA) to 1963 players and officials of Merged Areas participating in different sports events at Peshawar under Holding of Sports Events in Merged Districts ADP #260665 - Talent Grooming of Player in Merged Districts AIP #260663 - Sports Event Under Regular Budget (To Other). E-bids are invited from financial institutions registered with and licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan for payment systems involving branchless banking and biometric verification-based payment, and registered with FBR and KPRA with Active Taxpayer List status with both authorities. Bids are to be submitted through e-PADS together with one original hard copy. A digital copy of bid security in the form of demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee equal to 2% of the quoted bid price must accompany the e-bid, while the original bid security in the form of call deposit, demand draft or pay order must also be submitted. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21-08-2026 at 2:00 PM. Technical bids are to be opened at 11:30 AM on the bid submission date. Bids will be evaluated under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules, 2014 with separate technical and financial evaluations, and bids must remain valid for 90 days from the submission deadline. Incorrect information or counterfeit documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting, while late or incomplete proposals will not be considered.
