Hvac And Lift Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of HVAC and lifts maintenance services with parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and DAUs through on-demand supply and subsequent call-off contracts under closed framework agreements. The prequalification process is open to national applicants subject to the eligibility requirements in the Prequalification Documents. The procurement procedure is Single Stage-Two Envelope. Only prequalified applicants may participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. The closed framework agreement is intended for one year and may be extended for six months. Applications must be submitted in clearly marked envelopes. The application submission time is 1100 Hrs on 03 September 2026 and applications will be opened at 1130 Hrs on the same day. Late applications will not be entertained. Bid security is 0.00.
