Supply Fuel Lubricants Anti Corrosive Materials Tender Notice
Description
Supply of fuels, fuel additives, lubricants and anti-corrosive materials under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only electronic bids are to be submitted through the supplier dashboard and no physical bid is required. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Eligibility requires three assignments of similar nature and complexity in the previous three years, turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in each of three subsequent previous years, presence in the Active Tax Payer List, Sales Tax Certificate, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan and submission of the required bid security. Joint venture participation is not permissible. Bid security is 2 percent in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. The bidder must agree to supply within 90 days and quote financial rates in maunds or 40 kg. Eligible bidders must submit a best quality dry and mix sample after eligibility assessment. Electronic bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and tenders will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day through the EPPS system. The procurement covers fuel, fuel additives, lubricants and anti-corrosive materials for operational requirements.
