Procurement Of Generator Sets Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of generator sets for three schemes comprising Construction of Environmental Complex in Faisalabad, Construction of Environmental Complex in Gujranwala and Construction of Environmental Complex in Sargodha under DLI-1 PGDP. The procurement is open to firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, and joint venture or consortium participation is not allowed. Bid validity is 120 days. Procurement will be conducted only through Punjab E-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Incomplete, conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Bid security must be deposited through the digital banking facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating PSID and must be uploaded with the Technical Bid in favour of the Project Director. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the bid submission date. The procurement covers generator sets for environmental complex construction schemes, including electrical power generation equipment and associated generator supply requirements.
