Procurement of medicines for first aid room - security equipment and accessories - repair of hydraulic system and gate railing system and accessories - dog training aids for canine centre - dog medicines - furniture items - uniform items accessories and boots - printing materials against drug abuse - general items - printer toners including refilling - adult local dog feed - imported puppy dog feed - stationery items - tentage and catering arrangements for various functions against drug abuse. Tendering procedure is open competitive bidding under single stage one envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules. Tender will be awarded on approval of quality and cost. Samples are required at the time of tender opening. Fixed bid security must be submitted in original hard copy by Pay Order or CDR before the e-bid submission deadline, with the tender number and title clearly marked. Bidders must quote 100 percent of each lot and cumulative price of the entire lot will be considered. Bids with security below the fixed amount, conditional terms, or partially quoted quantities may be treated as non-responsive. Unit prices must be in PKR inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery is required within 7 days after issuance of purchase order on demand basis for FY 2026/2027. Required documents include FBR registration for Active GST and Active NTN, a stamp paper certificate confirming that the firm or contractor has not been blacklisted and has no litigation, and a complete bank statement covering the specified one-year period. This procurement covers general supplies, medical supplies, security equipment, canine medicines and feed, furniture, uniforms, printing, stationery, printer toner refilling, tentage and catering services, requiring compliant lot-wise quotation, bid security, samples, tax registration and contractor eligibility documentation.
