Annual Maintenance Contract for three Hitachi elevators Model T-G-Dr-Tk-M-2 at Allied-I Hospital, Faisalabad for financial year 2026-27, including all parts. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,300,000 and bid security is 2% of estimated cost, stated as Rs. 66,000. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents, authorized agents of foreign or local principals, traders and firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available electronically. E-Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security may be submitted in the prescribed form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bankers cheque with the Technical Proposal, with the original bid security to be submitted before the bid opening in addition to the uploaded soft copy. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Items must be quoted in Technical and Financial Proposals with both brand name and model name. Bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category having code ME-03 may participate. Bid validity is 180 days from opening.
