Maintenance and repair to Government Associate College for Boys at Gogera, District Okara for financial year 2026-27, with a completion period of 10 months up to 30-06-2027. The estimated cost is Rs. 60,62,546 and earnest money is Rs. 3,03,128. The procurement is based on item rates through the Punjab e-Procurement System and requires firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes valid for financial year 2026-27. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit duly signed and stamped tender documents electronically; manual bids are not accepted. Bid security of 5% is to be submitted electronically through the prescribed system and no physical financial instrument is accepted under the stated e-Procurement procedure.
