Summer Winter Uniform Kits Supply Tender Notice

Description

Provision of uniform items for special students for winter and summer seasons for financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The procurement comprises Lot No. 01 Uniform Kit for Winter with estimated cost of Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 20,000, and Lot No. 02 Uniform Kit for Summer with estimated cost of Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 20,000, making the stated total estimated procurement cost Rs. 2,000,000 and total bid security Rs. 40,000. Eligible bidders are firms registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered suppliers on the e-Procurement system. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available electronically. Bidders must submit all bid documents through the e-Procurement system, while the original hard-copy Bid Security CDR in favour of Headmaster Government Special Education Centre Nankana Sahib must be submitted before the e-bid submission closing time, failing which the bid will be rejected. The bid submission deadline is 04-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and bids will be opened on 04-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Successful bidders must deposit performance guarantee of 8% of the contract amount and sign the contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, with taxes deducted according to government rules. E-bid validity is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority may reject bids according to the stated evaluation criteria and applicable PPRA Rules.
