Hospital Items Services Supply Repair Tender Notice

Description

Supply and services for the current financial year 2026-27 comprising Medical Gas oxygen gas refilling, OT Anaesthesia items, laboratory chemicals and reagents, washing items, contingency items, repair of machines and equipment, bedding and clothing, local purchase of medicines, repair of furniture, stationery items, and Petroleum Oil and Lubricants for generator. Electronic bids are to be submitted through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure by bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. The specified Call Deposit securities are PKR 20,000 for Medical Gas oxygen gas refilling, PKR 30,000 for OT Anaesthesia items, PKR 200,000 for laboratory chemicals and reagents, PKR 20,000 for washing items, PKR 50,000 for contingency items, PKR 50,000 for repair of machines and equipment, PKR 200,000 for bedding and clothing, PKR 100,000 for local purchase of medicines, PKR 20,000 for repair of furniture, PKR 50,000 for stationery items and PKR 100,000 for Petroleum Oil and Lubricants for generator. The original sealed CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent before the closing time and must be issued by a scheduled bank from the firm account in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Bidders must fulfill the mandatory requirements of the Bid Solicitation Document and upload documents bearing authorized stamp and signature. Local firms or suppliers receive preference. Local medicine purchases will be made on the basis of the highest discount rate offered, with preference to the nearest pharmacy or medical store, delivery within two hours and 24/7 availability required. Best and final unit prices must be quoted according to specifications and alternate rates are not permitted. Bids submitted without specifications or under the wrong EPADS head will be rejected. Bid validity is 60 days and rates remain valid until 30-06-2027. The supply is to be completed within the period specified in supply orders, and the successful bidder must execute an agreement with the Medical Superintendent. Selection is based on quality and the lowest evaluated price meeting required quality and specifications. The bid submission deadline is 10-09-2026 and bids will be electronically opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
