Solarization of Masajids and Madrassas at Tehsil Topi and Gadoon under the Swabi Area Development Project, Block Provision for Projects to be funded from 10% Net Hydel Profit, 2025-26 PK-49, ADP No. 2253/250727. The work requires PEC category C4 and above with relevant code. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals through EPADS with 2% bid security of the estimated cost, additional security where applicable, tender fee, stamp duty and required affidavit confirming authenticity and originality of the CDR. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Electronic bidding is conducted on the ABOVE/BELOW system against the BOQ or Engineer Estimate based on applicable MRS. Original copies of the Call Deposit for bid security, additional security where applicable and tender fee must reach the procuring office before the closing date and time.
