Annual maintenance and repair of irrigation channels of Chitral Irrigation Division for 2026-27, including AM&R of Loan Irrigation Channel from RD 0-25000 in District Upper Chitral; Loan Irrigation Channel from RD 25000-tail in District Upper Chitral; Green Lasht Irrigation Channel; Zait Irrigation Channel; Kalkatak and Kaldam Irrigation Channel in District Lower Chitral; Purgal Lovidam and Batrick Irrigation Channel; Attani Irrigation Channel; Bakarabad and Daneen Irrigation Channels; and Mori Lasht and Mori Bala Irrigation Channels. The works require PEC category C6 and above with CE-04 (II) or CE-04 (V) specialization. Estimated costs range from Rs. 1.50 million to Rs. 2.00 million per work, with bid security and stamp duty amounts stated for each work. Bidders must be approved contractors of the Irrigation Department, hold valid PEC registration for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and specialization, maintain active KPRA registration and active FBR NTN registration. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS with scanned CNIC, valid PEC license, Government of KP Works Department enlistment, active KPRA registration, active FBR status and rate analysis where required. The original sealed CDR for 2% bid security and applicable additional security must be submitted as prescribed, issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Chitral Irrigation Division, Chitral. Electronic bidding is on the ABOVE/BELOW system against the BOQ or Engineer Estimate based on applicable MRS, with only two decimal places considered. Bids remain valid for 90 days, equal rates may be resolved through draw, and failure to submit original security or incorrect information may result in rejection and action under the KPPRA Act and Rules.
