Punjab Seed Corporation invites online proposals for harvesting 317.50 acres of moongi crop through combine harvester and 70 acres through manual labour. The estimated price for harvesting 317.50 acres through combine harvester is Rs. 1,746,250 with bid security of Rs. 87,312, equal to 5%. The estimated price for harvesting 70 acres through manual labour is Rs. 315,000 with bid security of Rs. 15,750, equal to 5%. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 04-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be deposited electronically before the submission deadline and bids without prescribed security will be non-responsive. Bidders must have valid NTN and PRA registration and submit an undertaking that the firm/company has never been blacklisted by Punjab Seed Corporation. Prices must be in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes including Income Tax, GST and PRA/PST. Bid validity is 60 days from the last submission date.
