Hiring of services for Computer Science On-Screen Marking (OSM) and Digital Printing of Answer Copies for 6,000 candidates at Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad. The system requirements include a secure printing system for customized e-sheets, Question Item Bank, Digital Attendance and Monitoring System, mobile application for monitoring and approvals, logistics management module, scanning, cutting, printing and verification of 32-page answer scripts on 80-gram imported 210mm x 297mm paper, high-speed scanning and digital processing, complete On-Screen Marking including anonymization, marking, moderation and result compilation, administrative dashboards and control panels, reporting and analytics, technical training and capacity building, complete documentation including UAT, ER diagrams, source code, SOPs and user manuals, integration components including APIs and notifications, and an AI-based chatbot for students and stakeholders. The estimated cost is Rs. 906,240 and bid security is Rs. 45,312, equal to 5%. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
