Special repair of Alamdar Road from Jamia Naseem Al-Najaf in village Maingan, District Chakwal, having a length of 1.75 Km. The estimated cost is Rs. 62,672,000 and earnest money is Rs. 1,253,440. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the prescribed procedure. Bid security or earnest money must be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab in favour of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Chakwal, and security submitted through other means will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a performance security or guarantee equal to 5% of the bid amount within 15 days of receipt of the letter through the online payment system, valid for three months beyond completion or extended completion time. Bidders must quote item rates against each item, total amount against each item and grand total, while percentage rates above or below approved cost will not be accepted.
