Cleanliness of Model Cattle Market Chichawatni, Model Cattle Market Arifwala and the Divisional Office under a 10-month service arrangement. Lot 01 for cleanliness of Model Cattle Market Chichawatni has an estimated price of Rs. 4,750,000 and bid security of Rs. 237,500 at 5%. Lot 02 for cleanliness of Model Cattle Market Arifwala has an estimated price of Rs. 4,250,000 and bid security of Rs. 212,500 at 5%. Eligible registered companies, firms and relevant service providers must participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-Bids must be submitted by 04-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bid security equal to 5% must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favour of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Sahiwal Division. The financial proposal must include all applicable taxes. After technical evaluation, financial proposals will be opened on a subsequently announced date and time. The successful bidder's bid security will be retained as performance security or guarantee and returned upon successful completion of the contract. Bid validity is 90 days from the last date for submission.
