Repair And Carpeting Of Judicial Colony Main Road Tender Notice
Description
Repairing and carpeting of the main road of Judicial Colony Phase-1, including street grating, cleaning of road edges and berms, cleaning and levelling damaged or broken portions of the road and other allied works. The estimated project cost is approximately Rs.10,000,000. Tenderers must be Income Tax Filers, registered contractors of at least Class-B category according to Government of Punjab records and financially sound. A tender fee of Rs.5,000 is required and the original receipt must accompany the tender documents. Tenders may be submitted during office hours through the Welfare Sub-Committee office or sent by registered post or courier. The project completion period is one month and the guarantee period is one year. Payment equivalent to 30% of the estimated project cost will be made upon completion of 30% of the work, with remaining payment after completion or according to the agreed payment arrangement. Works must follow Highway standards and Government of Punjab prescribed rates. The procurement concerns road repair, road carpeting, street grating, road edge cleaning, levelling and allied civil works.
