Tensile Hyper Shade Structure Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of Tensile Hyper Shade Structure at the BBQ Area of Defence Authority Creek Club. Sealed bids are invited from eligible manufacturers and suppliers under a two stage three envelope procedure comprising Prequalification, Technical and Financial proposals. The non-refundable tender fee is Rs.2,000 payable through Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Prequalification and Technical Bids must be submitted by 24 August 2026 at 10:30 hours and will be opened at 11:00 hours on the same date, while Financial Bid opening will take place later. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate upon written request and payment of the prescribed fee. The procurement concerns tensile hyper shade structure, tensile membrane structure, outdoor shade installation and associated supply and installation works.
