Solar Irrigation Tube Wells Installation Tender Notice
Description
Installation of solar based irrigation tube wells including complete supply and installation of solar systems with pumping machinery at multiple locations in District Haripur. The works comprise installations at Biyan Ahmed Ali, Sangian, Sirya, Pind Hashim Khan, UC Dingi, Nartopa, Krokian, Bandi Sher Khan and Teer. Estimated costs range from Rs.3.520 million to Rs.7.540 million per work, with 2% bid security amounts specified for each work. Eligible contractors must hold valid PEC registration in the required category and specialization, be registered with KPPRA and have active NTN registration with FBR and KPRA registration. Procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are submitted through EPADS using the Above/Below System on the BOQ or Engineer's Estimate. Original 2% bid security in the form of Call Deposit must be submitted through courier. Bids more than 10% and up to 20% below the Engineer's Estimate require additional security of 8%, while bids more than 20% below will be rejected according to the stated KPPRA notification. The bid submission and opening date is 10 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. The procurement covers solar irrigation tube wells, solar systems, pumping machinery, irrigation infrastructure and related installation works.
