Supply of store items and parts and provision of repair services on wholesale or retail basis for use in the Communication & Works Department during financial year 2026-27, divided into three lots: Lot No. 1 Operating Expenses comprising Office Stationery Rs.20.052 million, Printing & Publication Rs.17.000 million, Hot & Cold Weather Charges Rs.0.621 million, POL/Mobil Oil Rs.7.200 million, Transportation of Goods Rs.0.200 million, Conference & Seminar Rs.0.600 million, Fairs Exhibition & National Celebration Rs.0.200 million, Uniform Rs.1.800 million, Cost of Other Store Rs.10.000 million, Computer Stationery Rs.20.050 million, Others Rs.10.000 million and Entertainment & Gift Rs.5.742 million, with total estimated cost Rs.93.465 million; Lot No. 2 Repair & Maintenance of M&E, H/W, S/W, I.T and F&F comprising Machinery & Equipment Rs.3.077 million, Hardware & Software Repair Rs.2.998 million, I.T Repair Rs.0.887 million, an additional amount of Rs.0.440 million as shown in the notice, and Furniture & Fixture Rs.1.845 million, with total estimated cost Rs.8.807 million; and Lot No. 3 Transport comprising Transport Rs.20.000 million, with total estimated cost Rs.20.000 million. Sealed tenders are invited from registered firms with the Sales Tax Department having a professional Tax Number. Tenders must be uploaded before 07 September 2026 at 11:00 AM with call deposit at 5% of the estimated cost of each lot from any scheduled bank. Tenders will be opened on 07 September 2026 at 11:30 AM by the committee in the presence of available representatives. Payment will be made only against Sales Tax Invoice and applicable Income Tax and Sales Tax will be deducted according to Government rules. The procurement covers office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, POL and Mobil Oil, transportation, conference and seminar services, uniforms, store items, entertainment and gifts, machinery and equipment repair, hardware and software repair, IT repair, furniture and fixture maintenance, and transport services.
