Hospital Medical General Items Lakki Marwat Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Purchase of furniture; Filling of Medical Gas Cylinder; Laboratory/dental chemicals; Anesthesia items; Disposable items; X-Ray Films; Vaccine; Bedding Clothing; Washing Items; Contingency/Other Items; Stationery Items; Printing Items; Repair of Machinery/Equipment; and Repair of Furniture for DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat during financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable for works, consulting and non-consulting services and must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the FBR taxpayer list. Bidders must submit 02% earnest money with quotations in the form of bank draft from any scheduled bank in favor of DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage-One Envelope Bidding Procedure under KPPRA Rules-2014, with separate bids required for each item. Bids must be delivered by courier service or registered post before 11:00 hours on 29th August 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 pm on the same date in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Bidding documents can be obtained from DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat during working hours. Applicable Income Tax, Sales Tax and Stamp Tax will be deducted from bills. All items are to be supplied at DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat without transportation charges. Hospital furniture, medical gas, laboratory and dental chemicals, anesthesia supplies, disposable medical items, X-ray films, vaccines, bedding, washing supplies, stationery, printing materials and repair services are relevant procurement terminology derived from the notice.
