Agricultural Equipment Installation Repair Supply Tender Notice

Description

Procurement under the Regular and Development Schemes including ETI-funded schemes for financial year 2026-27 comprising - supply of agricultural tools and agricultural seeds and related inputs - supply of fencing and construction materials - supply of miscellaneous items - supply of stationery items - repair of vehicles and supply of spare parts - supply and installation of fruit processing machinery. Sealed bids must reach the Director Agriculture Baltistan Region office by the specified closing date and time and will be opened at the scheduled time in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Each bidder must submit the prescribed Call Deposit or bid security from a scheduled bank or KCBL in favour of the Director Agriculture Baltistan Region. The bidder name and relevant lot number must be clearly marked on the sealed envelope. Bidding documents containing specifications, quantities and terms may be obtained after payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee into the Government Treasury. Procurement will follow the single stage two-envelope procedure. Firms with relevant experience of similar supplies will be preferred. The tender will remain valid until 30th June 2027 without any increase in approved rates during the validity period. The successful bidder must supply, transport, install where applicable and complete the required work at specified locations at its own cost according to departmental requirements throughout the financial year. Partial, conditional, incomplete, blank, ambiguous, unsuitable, non-responsive and late bids will be rejected. Supply or work orders will be issued subject to availability of funds, budget and departmental requirements.
