Repair Maintenance And Supply Of Vehicles And Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement divided into separate tenders for repair and maintenance labour and supply of spare parts for vehicles and motorcycles; purchase of plant and machinery including office equipment, power, solar, CCTV, information technology and fire safety equipment; printing and publication work; and miscellaneous items and minor services. Each tender requires a separate bid, bid security and sealed envelopes clearly marked with the applicable tender name and code. Bidding documents cost Rs. 1,500 per tender and may be obtained from the PIFTAC office or downloaded from the GB-PPRA website. A valid vendor number, registration, NTN and relevant experience are mandatory. Bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted price is required for each tender in the form of bank draft or CDR in favour of DDO PIFTAC. Technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will subsequently be opened. A Rs. 100 stamp-paper affidavit confirming that the firm has never been blacklisted is required, and conditional and optional bids will be non-responsive. PIFTAC employees, officers and their blood relatives are ineligible.
