Electric Bikes Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of electric vehicles comprising 2 electric bikes with motor power of 1500 to 2000 W or above, lithium ion battery, range of 70 to 125 km per full charge and conventional bike design, and 3 electric bikes with range of at least 100 km per full charge, speed of at least 50 km/h, 0-40 km/h acceleration within 10 seconds, capability for inclines above 15 degrees, ground clearance above 150 mm, capacity above 180 kg, lithium iron phosphate battery and power of at least 1200-1500 W. Bids shall be submitted through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through EPADS. Bidders must submit or upload a valid PEC Certificate where required, download the tender document through EPADS, complete the BOQ, Bid Form or Schedule of Requirement, and upload all tender documents duly signed and stamped. The physical bid bond must be deposited with the Tender Room before the bid submission time. Bid security is 24,000.00 and bid validity is 120 days. The bid opening time is 10:30 AM.
