Description
Auction of scrap items at Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. The auction follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under Punjab procurement rules. The estimated reserved price is Rs.774,055. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 04 September 2026, with opening at 11:30 AM. Hard copies are not required. The successful bidder must pay the remaining 100% bid price through Pay Order or Demand Draft within 15 days of the award letter and may lift the items only after full payment. Items must be removed from the premises within 15 days at the bidder’s own risk, cost and labour. Bid validity is 180 days.
