Description
Auction of 05 shops numbered 02 to 06 in Sector C on a 75-foot-wide road, 01 shop in Park No. 02 Sector-A, and car parking in Sector D on monthly rental basis. The lease period is three years for the shops and one year for car parking. Participation requires a security deposit of Rs.300,000 for each shop, taxi stand or car parking in the form of bank draft, call deposit or pay order. The successful bidder must deposit six months rent within seven working days, failing which the bid will be cancelled and security forfeited. The auction will be conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Auction Regulations 2022.
