Tube Wells Transformers Electrical Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Annual maintenance and repair of tube wells, transformers, external electrification and voltage regulators within the jurisdiction of Water and Sanitation Services Company Kohat for the year 2026-27. Bidders must have PEC registration codes EE-05, EE-11 and ME-07 and must be registered with relevant taxation authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and KPRA. Procurement will use the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding method through KP EPADS. Bids shall be quoted percentage above, below or at par up to two decimal digits against the engineering cost estimate based on MRS 2025. Bid security is 2% in the form of Call Deposit. Separate technical and financial bids are required and a technical bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. An affidavit regarding placement of the CDR in the financial bid is mandatory.
