Agricultural Harvesting Services Framework Contract Khanewal Tender Notice
Description
Agronomic Research Station, Khanewal invites bids for provision of agricultural services under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27. Services include picking of cotton, harvesting and threshing of sesame, harvesting of rice with combine harvester, harvesting and threshing of raya, harvesting of wheat with combine harvester, and chopping of wheat straw with chopper. Estimated cost is Rs.1,100,000 and bid security is Rs.44,000, equivalent to 4%. Rates are to be quoted per applicable service unit, including per 40 kg for cotton picking and per acre for other services. Bids will be evaluated on cumulative cost basis and the lowest evaluated rate will be considered. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 04 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day. The initial contract period is one year, with possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and approval.
