District Council Kasur invites e-bids under Single Stage-Single Envelope Open Competitive Bidding for renovation and rehabilitation of Munir Shaheed Park, MC Kasur. Estimated cost is Rs.6,521,632 and earnest money is Rs.326,082, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System and bids must be uploaded by 05 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid will be opened at 01:30 PM on the same day. Eligible firms/contractors must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. The bid will be evaluated under the least-cost method. CDR must be submitted through the online PSID banking process and no physical CDR submission is required. Applicable Punjab Procurement Rules and PPR 2024 regulations will apply.
