Procurement Of Stationery Fixtures And It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement comprising stationery for the Examination Department and Main Store of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Shaheed Benazirabad, and fixtures and IT equipment for Academic Block-III. The stationery procurement uses the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with award based on lowest evaluated cost, while fixtures and IT equipment use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with award on lowest item rate basis. Tender documents are available from the first day of advertisement until 12 October 2026. Tender fee is Rs.5,000 per tender, non-refundable, payable by Pay Order in favor of Security Deposit SBBU-SBA. Bids must be submitted through SPPRA-EPADS by 12 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Bid security is 5% in the form of Demand Draft in favor of Security Deposit SBBU-SBA.
