Installation Solar Systems Hub Turbat Offices Tender Notice
Description
Installation of solar systems at Hub and Turbat offices with an estimated cost of Rs. 9,800,000 under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Eligible bidders must be present on the Active Tax Payer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, must have completed three assignments of similar nature, must demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 6,860,000 in two subsequent previous years showing financial capacity, and must possess a valid electrical contractor licence from the Energy Department, Balochistan. Bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% must be provided in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned. Tender documents are available during working hours until 08-09-2026, and bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 08-09-2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
