Mpls Internet Connectivity Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of MPLS and Internet Connectivity Services for the Punjab Social Welfare Control Centre under the ADP scheme for development of a Management Information System for the Social Welfare Department across Punjab under a framework contract for financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement includes 100 Mbps CIR Internet, MPLS and connectivity for a department or unit with allied devices and 15 Mbps MPLS or connectivity for 150 plus 2 sites with allied devices. The estimated cost is Rs. 65,250,000 and bid security is Rs. 1,305,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms and companies registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure will be applied. The bid security must be submitted in the prescribed form and the original instrument delivered to the procuring agency. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and the procurement is on a whole-package basis. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers MPLS connectivity, Internet connectivity, 100 Mbps CIR service, 15 Mbps site connectivity, allied network devices and framework network services, providing relevant terminology for WAN connectivity, enterprise Internet, managed network services and multi-site communications infrastructure.
