Construction Material Recovery Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment of 02 Material Recovery Facilities under Design, Build and Operation mode in Faisalabad and Gujranwala with PEC category C2 and above and codes CE-10 and ME-06. The estimated cost is Rs. 530,214,789 and bid security is Rs. 15,906,444 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR, PRA and PPRA may participate. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The single stage two envelopes procedure will be adopted, and only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened. The bids must remain valid for 120 days.
