Annual Procurement Of Police Motor Transport Stores Tender Notice

Annual framework procurement for financial year 2026-27 covering office stationery, printing and publication items, computer stationery, hot and cold weather items, miscellaneous stores, tent and tarpal, other stores, plant and machinery, furniture and fixture, bed and boxes, other stores items, repair of machinery and repair of transport. The total estimated amount is Rs. 56.000 million. Eligible financially sound and experienced firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may participate. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Bankers Cheque, while the successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee. The delivery time for stores is 10 days. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
