Procurement School Furniture Educational Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture and fixtures for Petroleum Social Development Committee District Matiari at SEF Al-Madani School in Village Barkat Bhatti, Taluka Matiari for academic year 2026-27, including Mono Desks with Tali Wood, 484 Tali Wood Chairs, Staff Room Chairs, Teachers Chairs, Clerk Office Table, Filing Cabinets for Office, Whiteboards, Soft Boards and Electric Water Cooler. The estimated tender cost is 4.000 million and bid security is 3% of the bid cost. Bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procurement process. Bidding documents may be obtained on payment of a non-refundable Rs. 3,000 fee for each tender or downloaded from the SPPRA website. Completed bids must be submitted with bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft in favor of the District Education Officer. Technical proposals will be opened before evaluation and approval of financial proposals. Conditional bids and bids without security will not be considered.
